Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Execute administrative activities in your domain, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to stakeholders, maintaining consistent communication, and ensuring a high level of efficiency.
- Perform systematic collection of internal and customer data, maintaining relevant databases, and providing insightful reporting and visual management to stakeholders.
- Analyze, resolve, and escalate cases of missing or inaccurate data, adhering to global standards, processes, and local/legal requirements for service administration.
- Participate in ordering and coordinating relevant parts, tools, services, and materials when necessary.
- Execute purchasing and invoicing activities within your realm of responsibility, in line with Corporate Governance policy.
- Contribute to the overtime model for Engineers, participating in the upload to the payroll system.
- Foster strong collaboration between service teams, ensuring effective administration and backup solutions.
- Engage in defining, developing, and deploying visual management and management reporting, incorporating the right metrics for service administration.
- Embrace continuous improvement, sharing and learning, and the implementation of best practices related to service administration.
Your Profile:
- Hold a degree in Business Administration or its equivalent.
- Bring 2-3+ years of experience in administration and SAP, demonstrating proficiency in tasks such as creating PRs, POs, contact creation, and invoicing with high performance.
- Possess expertise in Excel, including V-lookup, creating Pivot Tables, and the ability to conduct autonomous analysis.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit to enhance cooperation with other departments/colleagues and improve results.
- Demonstrate self-discipline, accuracy, strong productivity focus, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
